I. Working principle
The mud and stone separator achieves precise stratification and rapid screening by simulating the natural precipitation process and strengthening the collision and condensation effect between particles. Specifically, the equipment drives the linkage shaft of the multi-stage device through the motor to carry out regular flipping movements, and the shaft disc configured on the roller is used to move the material forward. The sieve surface is composed of multiple rotating discs arranged in a straight line. There is an equal layout of sieve discs on the roller, which are rotated by the gears to drive the wheel chain. The material is moved by the roller and screened by the sieve plate on the sieve surface. The material larger than the sieve gap is transported from the top of the sieve plate to the next process, while the material smaller than the sieve space falls from the bottom of the collection belt and is sent out of the equipment by the belt machine.

5. Shutdown and maintenance: When shutting down, the feeding machine should be stopped and the feeder should be turned off first. After the equipment is running and the machine surface is finished, the mud and stone separator should be turned off. At the same time, the equipment needs to be maintained regularly, such as filling the bearing seat with butter, the reducer filling with lubricating oil, etc.
