4 Cavities Fully Automatic PET Bottle Blowing Moulding Machine
I. Brief Introduction of PET bottle blowing machine :
FG4 series fill the gaps in the domestic high-speed linear blowing machine. Currently, domestic single-mold speed of linear blowing machine still stay around 1000BPH, while international max single mold speed has reached 1800BPH.
FG series blowing machine are equipped with automatic perform loading and unloading system. The machine is applicable for all shapes of drinking water bottles, carbonated bottles and hot filling bottles. FG4 is composed of three modules: prefrom elevator, perform unscrambler and host machine.

III. Optional items of PET bottle blowing machine :
1. Exploded bottles ejection unit
During the blowing process, if the bottle burst, it can be automatically removed. This prevents the bad bottles into the filling machine.
2. HP air recovery system
After the bottle blowing accomplished, high-pressure air can be recycled can be used again for the pre-blowing and operational movement.
3. Oven and preform temperature detection system
Real-time detect the temperature of the oven and the temperature of the preform after heating before blowing. When the preform heating temperature does not reach the set blowing temperature blowing workstation will alarm, not blown.

Heating Oven:By rotary and soft preform loading system, the speed of preform feeding is ensured, menawhile, the preform neck is well protected.
Bottle Outlet:The machine adopts modularized design concept to make it convenient and cost-saving for the maintenance and changing changeovers.
Advantage of this high speed PET bottle blowing machine:
1.The unique cam linking system integrates the mold-opening,mold-locking and bottom mold-elevating in one movement,equipped with high speed servo driving system which greatly shortens the blowing circle and increase speed.
2.By rotary and soft preform loading system,the speed of preform feeding is ensured,meanwhile,the preform nect is well protected.
3.Heater distance in heating oven is minimized to 38.1mm,compare with the conventional heating oven,it saves more then 30% electricity consumption.
4.The machine adopt modularized design concept to make convenient and cost saving for the maintenance and changeovers.
