CUROFOSE® Phosphates For Meat & Poultry Products
The uses of CUROFOSE (Cut and Roll) phosphate salts:
Improve palatability (tenderness, color and flavor). Increase water retention Increase protein solubility Improve emulsion stability Improve products shelf lifePrevent microbiological spoilage

The quality of emulsion or coarse chop products depends on effective binding of the protein, fat and water components,and on the stabilization of the emulsion.

Packaging & Shipping
Packing in kraft paper bags with PE liner.
The net weight is 25 kgs per bag.
One 20'GP container can load 22 mts without pallets or 20 mts with pallets.
