Microwave chickpeas roasting machine is regarding the heated material as heating element, microwave roasting effect can instantly penetrate into the inside of the material, so that the material inside and outside at the same time heated, no heat conduction process, the temperature rise is extremely fast, greatly shorten the heating time, the time required is generally about 1/4 of the conventional method. Roasting, like other food processing, is a complex physicochemical system that needs to happen in an orderly manner and with the right time/temperature conditions. Rapid microwave heating can cause the roasted product to break, over-expand or explode. Microwave heating speed is fast, the temperature of the gas (air) inside the material rises sharply, due to the slow mass transfer speed, the heated gas is in a highly pressurized state, and there is a tendency to roast, when reach a certain pressure, the material will be roasting.

4. Easy to operate. Microwave power and Teflon conveyor belt speed are all adjustable , no thermal inertia,can open or stop quickly, easy to control.
