Our company has full range of PVC pipe extrusion line, including four cavity pipe extrusion line, double cavity pipe extrusion line and large diameter pipe extrusion line. Our company will also provide basic formula for PVC pipe production, customer can adjust easily based on the formula. We manufacture machines for production of different PVC pipes, including U-PVC, C-PVC, M-PVC, PVC-O pipes, etc.
Our PVC pipe extrusion line can produce from size of minimum 16mm to 1000mm with single layer or multi-layer.
Product Description

It has good tensile and compressive strength: but its flexibility is not as good as other plastic pipes. Low fluid resistance: The wall of PVC-U pipe is very smooth and has little resistance to fluid. Its roughness coefficient is only 0.009. Its water delivery capacity is 20% higher than that of cast iron pipes of the same pipe diameter and 40% higher than that of concrete pipes. Excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance: PVC-U pipes have excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance, and are not affected by damp water and soil pH. No anti-corrosion treatment is required when laying pipelines. Anti-bite: PVC-U tube is not a source of nutrition, so it will not be corroded by rodents. According to a test conducted by the National Sanitation Foundation in Michigan, rats will not bite PVC-U pipes. It has good water tightness: the installation of PVC-U pipes, regardless of whether it is connected by bonding or rubber ring, has good water tightness. Performance test: curing time, shrinkage, splitting strength, tensile performance, peeling strength, thermal stability, pot life, storage period, release of harmful substances.

Extrusion die head apply bracket structure, each material flow channel is placed evenly. Each channel is after heat treatment,
mirror polishing and chroming to ensure material flow smoothly.

4. Vacuum Tank.
Vacuum tank is used to shape and cool pipe, so as to reach standard pipe size. We use double-chamber structure. First chamber is
in short length, to ensure very strong cooling and vacuum function. As calibrator is placed in the front of first chamber and pipe
shape is formed mainly by calibrator, this design can ensure quick and better forming and cooling of pipe

Haul off unit provides sufficient traction force to pull pipe stably. According to different pipe sizes and thickness, our company will customize traction speed, number of claws, effective traction length.
