Description: Hot Water Washing Machine for Plastic Recycling Production Line
The part contacting material is made of stainless steel, never rust and pollutes material. This adopts semiautomatic control, and don't need adjust when working. The volume of water is 3000KG. It will cost 30 minutes to heat from 20 degree to 50 degree. So please heat in advance.
Considering the different dirty condition of the material, and film also would bring some washing liquid during operation, so reduce NaOH content, so for not effect washing effect, should add suitable NaOH during operation according to the film dirty. This machine match with high-speed friction washer, the water drain from friction washer will enter into water tank, and after filter it will be sent to main machine by water pump, so make a circulation that reduce the consumption of NaOH, water and heat.
Applications:
RX series hot washer mainly use for washing crushed PE.
Principle: put in hot water(steam pressure:0.4Mpa, steam temperature 150 degree, and it will cost half hour to heat water from normal temperature to 50 degree, need 120kg, about 90m3; it will cost about 50m3/h heat during operation) in pot, and put in about 1% NaOH and active material in the water. The scrap with stir together with the water by the paddle, and scrap with friction together to solve the impurity and cementing material. Then dirties will drop from the film. This is called hot washer.
