Workflow
1. Fine sand(1), cement(2), and fly ash(3) are respectively fed into the aggregate scale(5) and powder scale(6) through a screw conveyor(4), and after weighing, the mixture fall into the mixer(7).
2. The additives in the additive tank(10) enter the additive scale(11), after weighing, the additives enter the warehouse pump(12). There is a pipeline connection between the warehouse pump and the mixer. The warehouse pump is pressurized and the high-pressure gas transports the additives to the mixer. Various materials are mixed evenly in the mixer and enter the finished product silo(8). The finished production is bagged by the packaging machine(9) and palletized by the palletizer(15) for easy loading.
