When ordering: The height is the net height of the column, excluding the top curvature,
Height: refers to the height of a pillar,
Width: refers to the span of the inlet and outlet,
Length: refers to the length of the canopy stretched.
Ordering method: Prices are calculated based on square meters.
Price calculation method:
1. Material and standard of retractable canopy and sunshade:
Column material and standard: Galvanized steel pipe with a diameter of 60mm Thickness 1.3mm,
Universal Wheel: 4-inch adjustable universal wheel with brake,
Material standard for crossbeam: 40 * 40 * 1.2mm square tube,
Scissor frame material standard: 40 * 20 * 1.2mm,
Tarpaulin: Thickened knife scraping cloth (520g).
2. When placing an order, calculate based on the top unfolded area and charge according to square meters. Because the front and rear tarpaulins will hang down by 1 meter and 0.5 meters on both sides, the specific calculation method should be based on: (length+2m) * (width+1m) * unit price=total amount, and the standard cost should be calculated according to this method. If the unit price is $8/㎡, then assuming a mobile retractable canopy with a height * length * width of 2.5 * 6 * 3m, the calculated cost is: (6+2) * (3+1) * $8/㎡=$256.
3. Surrounding fabric and door curtains. For optional items, buyers can decide whether to choose according to their own needs, and can choose single-sided/double-sided/three side/four side, calculated separately, also based on square meters. Scraping cloth costs $2.5/m2, and flame retardant cloth (560g) costs $2.9/m2.
4. Transaction quotation method: FCA, delivery location: Shenzhen Port, before Chinese customs declaration.
5. Our company's customary quotation is FCA, which is the price before Chinese customs declaration. If the buyer needs the FOB price after Chinese customs declaration, or the buyer's port delivery price, or the buyer's warehouse delivery price (DDP), all are acceptable.
