Basic Configuration:
Machine basically structured with firm square steel tube and steel wall. The square tube for holding steel wall size is 50mmx100mm. Steel wall thickness is 20mm. The base frame square tube size is 120mm*120mm. back driving space width is 1m, standing plate is 1.27m.
Automation Configuration:
1-Back side driving has two layers. Change the sizes just need to change 2 pcs of timing belts only.
2-Each raw material holder has frequency controlled motor for winding and unwinding,constant tension control.There is not frequency controlled motors for release paper holder,wing release paper holder and easy tape holder.(There are 12 set of frequency controlled motors for raw materials)
3-Temperature controlled by sensor and temperature controller.
4-The heating roller cylinders synchronous with machine.
5-Safety unit for all cutting tools.

1. How long is your Warranty? A: All our products will have ONE year guarantee and we will continue to offer advice and spare parts after this period. Within ONE year after receiving our machines, Under right operation and non-artificial reasons, If there are any damaged parts or accessories, We will replace them by air-mail or Express immediately FREE OF CHARGE.After ONE year warranty, Spare parts and damaged parts will be charged at cost price. If there is something wrong with the machine, We are responsible to solve this problem soonest, and help customers to restore production as soon as possible.
2-How about terms of payment?
A:Buyer pay advanced payment 30% to seller by irrevocable L/C after signing the contract
Buyer pay 65% to seller by irrevocable L/C after inspecting the machine and at the time of shipment.
Buyer pay 5% to seller by irrevocable L/C after successful machine installation in buyer's factory.
3-How about After sales ?
A:The seller will send 1 technician to buyer's factory for machine installation and and worker training. The round-trip air-tickets , accommodation and salary 125$/day will be paid by buyer.
Guarantee time for the re-new spare parts is 6 months after delivery. And the 1 year guarantee time for the new spare parts. 4-When can i get the quotation?
