PET bottle processing and cleaning are mainly divided into sorting, crushing, pre-washing, main washing, rinsing, sorting and other steps. The perfect recycling and sorting of plastic bottles is to separate the doped PVC, other polymer bottles and Colored bottles and metal impurities are sorted out. There are still about 0.5% of iron and aluminum flakes in PET bottles that are often processed. If you use a light separator to sort directly, about 5 times the amount of PET bottles will be entrained while the metal is sorted. The best process plan is to enter the eddy current sorter with iron removal function before the light sorting, sort the iron pieces and aluminum pieces in the bottle pieces, and then enter the light sorting machine to sort other sundries. To achieve the best sorting effect.
