Foundry pig iron Smelting Department
The foundry pig iron smelting department has 2 foundry pig iron blast furnaces, 3 sets of supporting waste heat generator sets and 1 sintering production line, forming a circular economy industry chain integrating blast furnace smelting, comprehensive utilization of slag powder and waste heat power generation, with an annual production capacity of 350,000 tons of foundry pig iron, which provides raw material guarantee for foundry pig iron.

Machining Department
The machining department covers an area of more than 8,000 square meters, with 44 sets of various types of machining equipment, including CNC gantry five-face machining centers, gantry milling machines, boring and milling machines, drilling machines and other production and processing equipment, 30 sets.
Mold Department

The mold department has six sets of HD3060 foam carving and milling machines, which can carry out independent development and production of models. The annual output of molds is 15,000 tons, and the equipment adopts the first-class brand in Asia.
