1. Description: Individually ventilated rat cage system
2. Composition: It is composed of three parts: main engine, ventilation cage frame and sealed cage box. The indoor air is passed through the air supply filtration system into each individual sealed cage box on the air duct cage rack. To provide SPF animals with uniform, low-flow clean air, animal exhaust gas through the cage air return pipe into the main engine exhaust system, and then filtered to the outdoor. Thus, the low ammonia concentration and humidity in the cage can be kept, the replacement frequency of bedding can be reduced, the cross-infection of animals can be effectively prevented, and the health and safety of laboratory workers can be guaranteed. Suitable for breeding, breeding, preservation of SPF animals and all kinds of short-term animal experiments.

4. Cage size (mm): Cage size can be selected according to the table. The number of cages can also be negotiated on demand. 8. All materials, including the cage, should be washable, autoclavable, and have a long autoclave life.
9.IVC is ergonomically designed, easy to operate and move, and puts minimal stress on animals.
10. There is a cage locking system for placing the cage on the shelf. Easy and safe installation and removal of cage.
11. Display unit with detailed supply and exhaust speed, temperature, humidity, air pressure kept in the cage.
12. Provide alarm system to indicate air handling unit failure, filter blockage and other obstruction. Signal alarm for values outside the set parameters such as temperature, humidity, relative humidity, supply air flow, exhaust flow, and air pressure.
13. The air handling unit should be independent tower type, no vibration transfer to the cage.
14. The frame is made of 304 grade stainless steel with dull or cushioned finishing casters nylon for moving and foot-operated braking and locking systems. The noise and vibration of the blower should be reduced to < 50 decibels for animals
