Tapered bottom grain silo is used for feed storage in medium-sized farms or rice mill plant,ranges from 50 tons to 1000 tons. The Hopper bottom steel silo system is widely used for rice mill.
With conveying system at outlet,the grain can be sent to the next processing line automatically.
Product Features
1.The Tapered bottom grain silo can be assembled at site easily,it will take 4-5 days to finish a 1000 m2 silo.
2.With ventilation system and temperature measuring system in the silo,the grain can be protected well and kept storage for months safely.
3.Tapered bottom grain silo wall is reinforced by vertical stiffener and occluded by screw beam. It has great strength and good resistance to wind, earthquake and snow.
4.With standardized and moduarized production,all components and parts have high standard and well interchangeability.So silo can be partially replaced completely transferred.
5.Working life can be 25-50 years, achieved by best combination of plates of different thickness for grain silo body.
