CNC rack milling machine is a special machine tool for the processing of rack, which is suitable for the tooth shape processing of cylinder piston and automobile steering gear rack.
The machine has the ability to complete 5 processes at one time (i.e. milling plane, side, tooth milling, chamfering, edge trimming), with high machining efficiency and stable precision.
The machine tool consists of bed, column, spindle box and other major components, and is equipped with a separate hydraulic system and chip removal, cooling system, independent floor-standing electrical cabinet placed on one side of the machine tool.
