Ina180 - Q1, ina2180 - Q1 and ina4180 - Q1 (inax180 - Q1) current sense amplifiers are designed for cost optimized applications. These devices are part of a series of current sense amplifiers (also known as current shunt monitors) that detect the voltage drop across the current sense resistor in a common mode voltage in the range of – 0.2V to + 26V independent of the supply voltage. Inax180-q1 integrates matching resistance gain network and supports four fixed gain device options: 20V / V, 50V / V, 100V / V or 200V / v. The matched gain resistor network can reduce the gain error to a greater extent and reduce the temperature drift.
All such devices are powered by a single power supply of 2.7V to 5.5V. The maximum power current consumed by single channel ina180 - Q1 is 260 µ a; The maximum power supply current consumed by the dual channel ina2180 - Q1 is 500 µ a, and the maximum power supply current consumed by the four channels is 900 µ a.
Ina180-q1 is a 5-pin SOT-23 package with two different pin configurations. Ina2180 - Q1 adopts 8-pin vssop package. Ina4180 - Q1 adopts 14 pin tssop package. All device options have an extended rated operating temperature range from – 40 ° C to + 125 ° C.
