The wooden pallet molding machine is a special equipment for the efficient production of wooden pallets. It mainly uses the molding technology to mix wood materials such as sawdust, wood fiber, shavings, etc. with environmentally friendly adhesives, and then presses them under high pressure and high temperature to form them. This equipment is widely used in logistics, ware housing, packaging and other industries. It can replace traditional solid wood pallets and has the advantages of low cost, high strength and environmental protection. Compared with traditional wooden pallets, molded wooden pallets adopt a high temperature and high pressure one-time molding process, which has the advantages of uniform structure, strong load-bearing capacity, and not easy to crack and deform. Its surface is smooth and burr-free, with better moisture and corrosion resistance, and no need for nail reinforcement to avoid the risk of loosening. Raw materials consist of two major categories: wood-based and non-wood materials. Wood materials include virgin timber (hardwoods like oak/maple, softwoods like pine/cedar, eucalyptus), wood processing residues (sawdust, wood powder, bark), and fast-growing plantation timber (poplar, paulownia). Non-wood materials involve bamboo resources (fiber, bamboo powder), agricultural waste (wheat/rice straw, coconut husk, bagasse), industrial byproducts (rice husk, palm empty fruit bunches), and other plant fibers (sisal, banana stems). Utilizing eco-friendly compression molding technology, these renewable resources achieve effective recycling while meeting diverse load-bearing requirements.

PRODUCTION LINE
Wood press pallet processing begins with logs or wood waste being processed into uniform wood chips through a chipping machine. These wood chips are subsequently pulverized into fine fibers or sawdust through a crushing process. The raw wood material then enters a drying phase where moisture is removed using industrial drying equipment.
The dried wood fibers are pneumatically conveyed to a storage silo via an induced draft system. In the next stage, the dried fibers are uniformly blended with adhesive in a specialized mixing unit. This homogeneous mixture is then transferred to a molding press where it undergoes high-pressure, high-temperature compression molding. This final thermo-mechanical process creates durable, high-strength pallet structures with consistent density and dimensional stability.

2.What are the ground requirements for the placement of the press machine? Do you need to lay a foundation?
We recommend that the thickness of the concrete floor be no less than 15 cm. The 1000-1200T press will not transmit the pressure to the ground. The ground only bears the weight of the machine itself.
3.Can the pallet mold be added with customer LOGO?
We support engraving your company logo or letters on the mould.
4.Can the production line be fully automated?
Yes, we have fully automatic operation line and manual operated line available at your request.
5.When equipment fails, can overseas technical team support be provided?

Our molded pallets have a static load of up to 6 tons and a dynamic load of 1-2 tons through structural optimization (such as rib design and combined support blocks), which complies with ISO 8611 standards. They can also be customized to meet EUR (1200×800 mm)or North American standards (48×40 inches).
