Operating Principles:
C-TOP is a head incorporates signal sending and command devices to monitor all the process valves.such part has the following features:
Controlled by pneumatic or electrical actuactors
Position indicator with signal feedback
The control head can be fixed with pneumatic valves, It picks signal from control board or PLC so as to operate and send signal to the valves.
In addition, there are three LED signal indicator in the C-TOP box which indicates the status of the valves:
Green:open
Red:clise
Yellow:valve is operating in the third position
Valve Position mechanical adjusted:
open or close- one sensor
Open and close--two sensors
Valve position:open, close. clean the lower seat
Seat lift(mix-proof valve)---three sensors

Applications:
C-TOP is a pneumatic control head which is designed to ensure optimum control valve.
It is compatible with most PLC with figure and(AS-I bus) communications.
In food, beverage, pharmacy industries, it can be configured to all kinds of pneumatic valves such as mixing valve, butterfly valve, ball valve, diaphragm valve, reversing valve, cut-off valve, etc.

This controller has two versions:Displacement regulating version and Mechanic adjustment version

Mix-proof double seat valve---three solenoid valves
