INTRODUCTION
GXP hammer mill, the motor and rotor of this machine installed on the same base. They are directlyconnected by coupling. The rotor has been passed dynamic balance test; it can rotate in both offorward backward direction.
There are symmetrical operation door and safety interlock in both sides. The operation doors arehelpful to renewal the sieve plate and hammers, also helpful for checking up and debugging. Feedinlet is placed in the top of crusher which can be matched with all kind of feed equipment.
There is one pair of sieve instralled inside the wood hammer mill. The size of crushed material coulde changed by changing different sieve plate with different hole. Normally, the finished size is from2mm to 30mm adjustable.
Spare parts of hammers and sieve plate are made by our CNC system.The edge of the hammer islaser welded to increase the wear-resistant material and prolong the service life of the hammerthrough high technical heat treatment.
