The ST series winch consists of a variety of valves, hydraulic Motors, multi-plate hydraulic brakes, planetary reducers, rolls,
and racks composed of one-way or two-way balance valves and high-pressure shuttle valves for controlling hydraulic brakes. Users only need to be equipped with pumping stations and reversing valves.

ST series hydraulic winches. The pulling force of the series products are 1.5T, 2.0T, 3T, 5T, 8T, 10T, 15T, 20T, 25T, 30T, etc. Its structure is mainly composed of hydraulic motor, hydraulic multi-disc brake, planetary gear reducer, drum, frame and so on. The selected hydraulic motor has the characteristics of high mechanical efficiency, high starting torque and low speed. According to the requirements of various working conditions, the distributor with different flow rate can also be designed and integrated directly on the motor oil distributor according to user's needs, such as with balance valve, overload valve, high-pressure shuttle valve, speed control reversing valve or other characteristics. Energy valves, brakes, planetary gear reducers, etc. are directly installed in the drum. The drum, supporting shaft and frame are designed according to mechanical requirements. The overall structure is simple and reasonable, and has sufficient strength and rigidity. Therefore, this series of winches are compact in structure, small in size, light in weight and beautiful in appearance. In performance, they have the characteristics of good safety, high efficiency, large starting torque, good stability at low speed, low noise and reliable operation. It solves the problems of secondary slide and empty hook jitter in general winches, and makes this system possible. The lifting, lowering and braking process of train winch is relatively stable. The integrated valve group installed on the distributor plate effectively simplifies the user's hydraulic system.
