POM THICK BOARD MACHINE
POM thick board machine consists of one single screw extruder, one extrusion mould, hot annealing device, cooling stand and one cutter.
Some clients maybe asks for a protective film lamination unit.
It has been over 20 years since we made first POM board machines.

The screw and the barrels are all made of high quality nitrided steel-38CrMoAIA,and are nitration austerely according to NATIONAL STANDARD, nitration hardness: screw>=740HV;barrels>=940HV. Nitration depth: screw:0.4-0.6mm,barrel:0.6-0.7mm,fragility is 2 grades The gear box materials is made of alloy cast steel, contract surface of up, down box deal with precision tempering, quenching heat treatment, the teeth deal with grinding and peeling eventually, the teeth surface harshness is Ra 0.8, and provided with damping, antifriction, low-noise etc. characteristics. |
