The TY750LA series CNC lathe adopts a box-shaped structure bed, which is made of high-strength HT300 cast iron. 1. Main features of this machine:
1. Adopting a 30° inclined layout and an integrated structure of the bed base, which greatly improves the bending and torsional rigidity of the machine tool during operation. The high rigidity and high stability of the integrated bed base provide high precision for the entire machine. A strong guarantee.
2. The spindle unit is an independent sleeve type. The spindle system has undergone strict dynamic balance testing and has high precision, good accuracy retention, small thermal deformation, and good thermal stability. The maximum speed can reach 4500rpm, and the nose deflection accuracy is within 0.003MM. The front end of the shaft uses a large-diameter, high-precision double-row roller bearing with a combined angular contact ball bearing structure. The optimal span two-point balance support design can withstand radial and axial loads, and can also provide users with high-speed precision work. It can also perform low-speed and heavy cutting, and is especially suitable for mass production of products with complex shapes, high precision requirements, and high smoothness.
3. The hydraulic tailstock is a high-rigidity integral tailstock that can eliminate vibrations, has excellent stability, is convenient, fast and reliable.
4. The standard configuration of high-performance servo turret provides users with convenient, practical and reliable processing components.
5. The feed system is directly driven by a servo motor, with good rigidity, precision and dynamic response characteristics. The machine tool is equipped with THK roller linear guide, and the maximum rapid movement speed can reach: 24m/min.
6. This machine provides users with a complete hydraulic and lubrication system, using high-quality hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves and other components to greatly reduce the failure rate. The hydraulic and lubrication systems are designed to be simple and reliable. The machine tool adopts centralized quantitative automatic lubrication.
7. It adopts a Taiwan rotary chuck cylinder and is equipped with an automatic chip removal device. The chip removal method can be selected from the side or the rear direction to remove chips and separate waste residue to ensure that the inside of the water tank is clean and free of fine residue structural design. It can greatly reduce the operator's labor intensity and achieve safe and efficient production.
