High Efficiency Cold Feed Rubber Extruder Machine Small Double Screw Extruder Product Description Introduction: Cold feed rubber extruder suitable for the extrusion of tire tread, tire sidewall, hose stereotypes, cable, rubber sheet, conveyor belts, fireproof materials, rubber flooring and similar rubber products. And supplying rubber for calendering machine. Main configuration:
1. Screw: the screw is made of 38CRMOA1A high-quality nitrification steel. Through tempering and surface nitrogen treatment, the surface hardness of spiral part can reach to HRC60-70, and the hardness layer depth can reach to 0.5 0.7mm.
2. Machine body: it is made of casted steel ZG270-450 the force feeding rollers are equipped.
3. Reducer: we adopt the hard tooth surface reducer, and the precision of gear in mesh reach to sixth grade.
4. Motor: DC motor
5. Temperature control system: The machine is provided with three units temperature controller, each control unit can be independently controlled. The recycling media of the temperature control system is soft water; the inlet water pressure is 0.2-0.3MPa, the heating power of each unit is 9 kW, it is used with hot water circulating pump from German Ville Company and the temperature controller of intelligent automatic adjusted from Japanese RKC Company, the temperature control accuracy is ± 2ºC and it has automatic water replenishment function, hot water circulation pump can not be activated if it has no water or at anhydrous state and the heater can not be heated, it also has functions of alarm automatic shut-off if the temperature is over and has function of automatic exhaust.
