PET bottle Label removing/remover/separator machine is necessary part of PET bottle recycling line. It can remove the label automatically. This label remover machine can remove label without water, it can save a lot of water, reduce the water waste. The blade can be changed easily, easily operating.
PET bottle label remover machine completly change the previous way of removing the label by manual work. it greatly improve the productivity and reduce the labor intensity.
Features:
1. Blades are made by alloyed steel for long time usage
2. Blades are fixed by screws on the rotor, which is easy to adjust and change.
3. Blades and friction gap can be automatically adjusted according to the size of bottles to achieve best label-peeling effect.
4. There are several individual small doors on both sides of the machine for easy open, which is convenient to clean and maintain the inside parts, save time and labor cost.
5. Bearing house is installed outside the machine which make sure no dirty going inside.
6. The rotor feeder part is equipped with screw, so no bottles pop out.
7. Machine is made by solid frame; there is visual window on the top easy to check inside and cleaning
8. The bottom with mesh to drain out liquid that contained in bottles.
