Producing Process & packing details

Container packing

For safety seaworthy packing, all coils are to be securely strapped at least 4 places with strong iron strapping or reinforced wrapping by battens or securely strapped by reinforcing band.
And we proceed container packing requirement for orders as below:
1) Wooden wedges (Pre-fumigated, treated and ISPM15 stamped) to be used for all bottom row coils.
2) Coils to be properly secure by wire rod lashing to the hooks/loops at the sides (towards the top) of the container.
3) Diagonal wire rod lashing to be secured from top to bottom of the container, in front of the first row of coils, just towards the container doors.
We can load Max.27MT per 20ft container.
