Heat Plate Use 45#steel which after double scale rolling and normalizing and processing, every platen has 2 heating zones, each heating zone using a temperature measurement points.

PLC The brand is Siemens,Taida or Mitsubishi. Electronic control system is by PLC programmable controller, HMI, control cabinets and other components.

Hydraulic Unit It can realize low pressure fast oil supply,high pressure slow oil supply, hydraulic system pressure monitoring, and has the functions of maintaining pressure,automatic pressure replenishment,safe pressure limiting.
