GKZ-II-1600 Refractory Material Hot Modulus of Rupture Breaking Testing Machine
This tester is used for measuring the Modulus of Rupture for refractories at high-temperature. It is made up of electric furnace, electro-hydraulic loading bodies, pressure digital display and temperature control testing parts. And also it is used for measuring the high-temperature flexural resistance strength of graphite materials, refractories and ceramic roll-bar. The replacement of fixture can also be used for measuring the strength of other forms of non-metallic materials products.

ISO5013:1985, Refractory products - Determination of modulus of rupture at elevated temperatures and ISO5014;
GB/T13243 Carbon Refractory High Temperature Flexural Resistance Test Method; GB/T3002 High Temperature Flexural Resistance Test Method of Fire-Resistant Products.
For carbon - containing materials, it is very effective to use saggar embedded carbon protection patented technology. Can also complete the controlled atmosphere test, can import nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, helium, CO, ammonia gas, water vapor and other gases, the atmosphere of the mechanical performance evaluation.
