Main functions and features:
1.This machine is a three- axis linkage CNC high-speedgrinder, used for grinding eccentric shafts, cams and otherspecial-shaped outer contours. It has the characteristics ofhigh efficiency, high precision and simple operation.
2.The machine is controlled by the Japanese LYNUC CNCsystem. Three-axis linkage is controlled by digital AC servodrive to realize follow-up eccentric grinding. Grinding theouter circle and special- shaped outer circle contours in oneclamping. .
3.The CBN grinding wheel is directly driven by a staticpiezoelectric spindle, which has the characteristics of highrotationaccuracy,good accuracy retention, and strongrigidity. CBN grinding wheel linear speed above 80m/s
4.The headstock (C axis) is directly driven by the high-precision servo torque motor to drive the spindle, and isequipped with imported grating to ensure stable and reliablegrinding.
5.The grinding wheel dressing method is the front diamondroller, which realizes automatic dressing and automaticcompensation. It can dress the outer circle, end face andcircular arc
6.Crankshaft and camshaft CNC grinding software withindependent intellectual property rights.
