Product Description

Veneer(l.2-3.6mm thickness) after drying may have different length and thickness, and the shapes may get irregular. This machine can detect the width, thickness, cavities of the panels, and have them rimmed, glued, spliced, cut to length and stacked automatically. With this machine, customized board of different sizes can be spliced. This machine is mainly used for the production of plywood, LVL, floor base material, furniture board, construction plywood, container flooring board, melamine plywood, blockboard...etc. and it can also be used for the horizontal splicing of rotary cut core veneer with the thickness of 1 2-3.6mm. This changes the traditional manual veneer forming technology and makes plywood paving unitized and automatic. Using this machine saves lots of core finishing worker, improves the quality of products and saves labor costs.
Description of effect
1. After tenderized using PLC controller to cut the edge, joint the core and piece cutting. 2. After the core has been tenderized. The strong blower device can remove the dust of the core veneer. 3. The PLC controller enables cutting more precise, it can available reduce the odd core. It helps control, monitor and maintenance more convenient. 4. The back-feeding wheel device is synchronizing with feeding speed, to avoid overlap or gap of the jointing core veneer, MSTAR machinery veneer composer machine are avaliable for sell 5. It is equipped with hot melt glue yarn for help jointing. Cooling water tank of glue yarn is circle well by the cooler. It gets the best jointting.
