Features: 1. With scalable design (cutting width), a vertical mining machine consists of a mechanical system, a hydraulic system, and an electric system.
2. The spindle movement is guided by four vertical posts and then makes blades cut stones by regulating the hydro cylinder.
The spindle undergoes heat treatment (high-frequency quenching) and electroplating, which increases the level of hardness and strength and prevents the risk of corrosion.
3. The hydraulic system adopts an integrated gear pump, resulting in higher rotating speed, little inertial force, and long service life.
4. The machine operates automatically through the main control unit consisting of a frequency converter, transformer, AC contactor, and time relay, which can effectively control hydraulic pressure, cutting speed, and machine traveling speed and makes the machine more user-friendly, easier, and safer to operate.

A. We offer Type3, ArtCAM software with machine.
