Travelling Hose Reel Sprinkler Irrigation Equipment
JP series hose reel sprinkler irrigation system, driven by water turbine, combined Italian CASELLA impact turbine direct-connected four speed gearbox technology, used Italian original four speed direct-connected gearbox, with the chassis and frame are crafted from outstanding corrosion resistance and high strength 304 stainless and treated with the hot-dip galvanizing process, specially designed for efficient agricultural farming irrigation.
It is an irrigation equipment with its 1.6Mpa pressure PE pipe winded around the winch. It uses irrigation pressure water to drive water turbine which drives winch to rotate through the transmission and the winch pulls sprinkler cart to achieve automatic travelling and spray.
We designed the turbine to be connected directly to the gearbox, this keeps the pressure absorption to a minimum, allowing the machine to run more smoothly.
Travelling hose reel sprinkler irrigation machine are available in a range of models, including JP75-300, JP75-350, JP75-400, JP75-450, JP75-500, JP90-300, JP90-350, JP90-400, JP90-450. They are easy to move and can cover large areas, making them suitable for different field sizes.
