FAQ Q:What are the steps from creating samples to placing an order?
A:First, we would require a detailed description of your bag, including product photos, materials, size, color, logo, and sketches. If possible, providing detailed design drawings would be ideal as it would help us better understand your bag design. You may also consider sending us a physical sample for our reference, if available.
At this stage, we will provide you with a rough quote. If you find our unit price and sample fee acceptable, we will proceed to create the samples.
Once the sample is ready, we will send it to you by express delivery and recalculate the final accurate unit price based on the sample. If any adjustments are needed, we can continue modifying the sample until it meets your requirements, and you confirm the sample and place an order.
Q:Minimum order quantity(MOQ)
A:As our production lines are optimized for mass production, we have set a minimum order quantity (MOQ) to ensure production efficiency and cost control. The MOQ varies by bag style and is typically set at 300, 500,1000, or 2000 pieces per style.
Q:Sampling
A:Sample Time: Our standard sample time is 5-10 days, but we can expedite the process and finish simple or urgent bag samples within 3 days. Sample Cost: The cost of the sample depends on the style and quantity. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the samples. We accept payment for the sample cost through PayPal.

A:SIts cost depends on its size and colors.Please send us your artworks.lt should be PDF,Al or EPS vector format.
Q:Screen printing & Embroidery
A:lts cost depends on its size and logo color or logo content.lt is best if you can send us artwork foranalysis.lt should be PDF ,EPS or Al format.
Q:Heat transfer printing
A:It requires plate cost(Normally US$100.00 each plate).lt suits for gradient colorprinting,even all-over printing.
Q:Production
A:Usually we take 30-40days to produce the bags after getting the order, including material purchasing,packing and QC checking. We always keep in touch with buyer during the whole process of production in order to stay informed about any update of production.
Q:Payment term
A:By T/T. Our payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment oragainst the copy of BL.
