IV. Use and maintenance
1. Preparation before use: The equipment should be fixed on a special foundation and fixed by pre-buried bolts. After the new screening machine is installed, it needs to be checked for idle operation to ensure that the motor rotates synchronously and reversely, and there is no abnormal sound.
Two. Operation points: When screening materials, the materials should be put in evenly to avoid a large impact when the material falls and damage the equipment. Users can adjust the rotation speed of the screening machine according to the gap of the screening machine and the specific gravity of the material to achieve the best screening effect.
3. Maintenance: The bearing seat should be filled with butter regularly, and checked once a day after normal production to ensure that there is no lack of oil. Bearing seat screws are easy to loosen and should be confined before starting the machine. The reducer should be filled with lubricating oil and checked regularly. The chain sprocket should be maintained normally, and a small amount of lubricating oil should be brushed once for 3-5 days.
