PFS series vortex strong impact crusher is high efficiency impact crusher developed by our company. This crusher is applied to coarse and fine crushing of a variety of materials with compression strength no more than 250Mpa. It features in unique structure, easy operation, high-efficiency and energy saving, good product shape, adjustable discharge size, simple crushing process, cost saving, etc.
Product Features
1. The special designed vortex crushing chamber and P, S, T three crushing stage forms strong vortex impact crushing effects, ensure bigger feed size, higher production capacity, better final product shape.
2. Discharge opening is adjustable according to requirement of final product size and gradation.
3. The optimized rotor assembly provides extremely high rotational inertia and impact crushing force, which enable higher crushing ratio and increase the production capacity.

4. Specially designed anti-wear blow bar for hard rock and jugged impact plate ensure higher utilization rate, longer service life.

5. Modular liner plate design, less wearing parts type, higher commonality.

6. Standard equipped hydraulic opening device or optional special lifting tools for blow bar replacement make maintenance convenient and fast.
