Product Description
The PDVF-Dk engraving machine is a versatile industrial engraving machine suitable for a wide range of materials and application scenarios. It features a 3-axis CNC control system with an open top fixed platform design that enables high-speed and precise engraving and cutting functions, making it particularly suitable for a wide range of sheet materials, such as wood and plastic parts.
The machine's ease of operation is a major advantage. The bed made of thick-walled steel is meticulously welded and thoroughly aged and stress relieved to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine. The whole machine adopts high-speed stepping drive and Y-axis dual motor drive for smooth and reliable operation. In addition, it is equipped with precision milling helical rack and pinion, linear guideway and silent screw, as well as a 3.2KW water-cooled spindle with a spindle speed of up to 24,000RPM for high-performance operation.
The PDVF-Dk engraver supports a wide range of formats, including PLT/DXF/EPS, which can be generated by CAD/CAM software such as AUTOCAD, UG, AI, and more. Its high-resolution CCD system automatically acquires contours and makes automatic cuts without white edges for a wide range of materials, such as wood, plastic parts, etc., ensuring accurate and consistent engraving results.
