1 These robust and stable universal milling machines are ideal for drilling and milling simple to difficult workpieces in single part production, repair shop, training etc.
2 Base and column integrated casting, to gain better verticality and stability.
3 The bed, knee, table guide way and table surface are high-frequency quenched and precision polished, with hardness ≥HRC45.
4 The guide way on saddle is lined with TF wearable material, which make machine accuracy stability.
5 T-slots not extend to the end of table, which makes is with high rigidity and long using life; Both sides of the central T-slot was precision polished with high linear and orientation accuracy.
6 Worktable features large clamping area, and expand the worktable size for customers to choose.

Features:
1 For different model machines, mill head with standard spindle 16speed step pulley mill head driven 3HP/5HP motor, spindle diameter up to be100mm (only for 5HP motor).
2 All milling machines are also available with optional stepless mill head or inverter mill head, steplessly adjustable spindle speed with mechanic spindle brake.
3 Universal mill head can be turned by ram on the column, tilted ±45° front to rear, swivelled ±90° left to right; but user can choose fixed structure with no tilted ±45° for cutting intensity well.
4 X-axis adopts double dovetail guideways; Y-axis and Z-axis adopt double devotail guideways or rectangular guideways.
5 X/Y/Z-axis can optional equipped with electronic feeder for automatic feeds, Z-axis can also adopt high speed lifting motor for rapid lifting.
6 Spindle is chromium plated and features micrometer depth stop for quill automatic feeding cutting.
7 Standard lubrication system for all guideways; Powerful coolant device included in machine base.
