Drum sand cleaning machine
The equipment is mainly composed of a hopper lift, a sand cleaning drum, a vibrating screen and a conveyor belt. Put the casting into the material truck,lift and pour the material into the sand cleaning drum, and close the gate. Spiral blades are set in the drum to make the casting fully roll and collide in the drum. According to the different products, after rolling for about 7-10 minutes, the fine sand and metal fragments are discharged to the vibrating screen, and then through the vibrating screen, the fine sand falls on the conveyor skin for output, and the metal fragments are recycled. The drum is reversed, and the hatch is opened to discharge the casting to complete sand cleaning.
