1. Adopting gantry frame structure and symmetrical structure design, which effectively avoids the problem of overshoot in response when the load weight is small and delayed when the load weight is large.
2. New mineral casting material is used for all the basic parts of the machine, which has excellent vibration absorption and thermal stability.
3. Machine tool moving parts lightweight design, good dynamic performance.
4. The Z-axis is designed with fixed overhang, which improves the overall processing rigidity.
5. Adopt torque motor direct drive, full closed-loop control, fast response and high precision.
