CKD-TLMA is a long history, most mature model of laser marking machine, used for daily big batch material processing. It's widely used for surface logo marking, deeply engraving or thin metal cutting. It's all-in-one, conveniently and supports kinds of expanded functions.

APPLICATION MATERIAL
All metal: Such as, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, gold, silver, titanium, alloy, etc.
Some non-metal: ABS, PVC, acrylic (non-transparent), ceramic, EP, HDPE, PC, plastic alloy, ink and paint face, etc.
CKD-TLMA V20.04 adopts scan head built-in double big focus tools, never worry difficult calibration for red lights or off focus. It's built-in computer, keyboard and mouse. Users can choose big or small position board, with or without rotary.
CKD-TLMA V20.04, standard configuration is manual focus, the Z-axis is with focus fixture to avoid accidently focus change. We also supply motorized focus as one more choice.
CKD-TLMA can mark around column or cylindrical objects, such as cup, bottle, tube and so on, rotary is an optional attachment also.

Samples for rotary marking:
Marking scope is optional, standard scan scope is 100*100mm, the user can choose more lenses for other applications. Suggest big power with 2 lenses, smaller one for cutting, bigger one for big scope marking.

Marking software of EzCad2: CKD-TLMA can add kinds of devices, such as long X-axis, multi-station rotary, 50/80/100mm rotary and so on.
Notice: if the user wants expanded functions, please inform us reserved them in advance, standard machine is without expanded functions.

Deeply engraving on metal, touch-less marking on stainless steel, circle marking on watch, name or brand printing on tags, color marking on stainless steel, design marking on decorations and so on.
