Machine Details:
1. Gantry frame structure made of profile steel is adopted, with high intensity and without deformation.
2. The cutting head can automatically move horizontally, with excellent operating visual field and safe operation. If needed, the head can also be designed to rotate.
3. Differential oil way is adopted to allow rapid and convenient cutting.
4. The special design of the hydraulic system, the machine is lubricated automatically during operation. This design can reduce abrasion and ensure machine service life.
5. The lifting position of pressing board can be freely set to reduce idle travel and enhance work efficiency.
6. Quiet, vibration free operation.
7. Different feeding methods, such as clamp feeding, conveyor belt feeding and double side auto feed tables, are available on request.
8. Products of special specifications can be customizable.

4. How can I trust your quality?
We have CE and ISO certificates. They enhance quality control throughout the manufacturing of our machines.We have professional QCs. For each step of our machine production, there will be a team of QCs responsible for the inspection. Until the item passes all the inspections can it go to the following step.At the end of the machine assembling, a series of testings will be conducted. Unless the machine passes all the testings, we will not make delivery.We guarantee our machines with one-year warranty. Usually, our customers use our machines for 5 years, 8 years and even 10 years.Throughout the lifespan of our machines, the spare parts replacement will be at cost price.5. How to operate the machine? We have not used such a machine before. We just want to expand our business and start a new line.
