1. Bed: The bed is the foundational support element of the milling machine, responsible for carrying various components. Typically cast, the bed ensures exceptional stability and robust rigidity.
2. Slide Table: The slide table is a dynamic part of the milling machine, capable of moving back and forth on the bed. Equipped with a workbench and a horizontal shaft, the slide table enables precise positioning and processing of the machined part by its movement.
3. Workbench: The workbench serves as the operational platform of the milling machine, designed to grip and secure the machined part. The table offers rotational, tilt, and other adjustments as needed to accomplish complexmachined partprocessing.

1. The base, fuselage, workbench, middle slide seat, lifting slide seat, and other primary components are crafted from high-strength materials.

2. The milling head features a turret milling head, and the main spindle supports manual and micro feeding methods, providing convenient and precise processing.
The milling head can be adjusted ±45° vertically and 360° horizontally, significantly expanding the machining range.
3. The vertical and horizontal table offer three feeding modes: manual feed, mobile feed, and fast feed. The mobile feed supports eight different speed settings.
This versatility meets diverse processing requirements, while the fast feed quickly positions the workpiece, reducing non-machining time.
4. The lifting platform Z-lifting can be operated manually or automatically, with interlocking systems to eliminate unsafe factors.
5. The table's X-direction travel extends up to 800mm. The X, Y, Z guide pairs are treated with ultra-audio quenching, precision grinding, and scraping.
These treatments enhance accuracy and significantly prolong the machine's service life.
6. A manual lubrication device ensures forced lubrication of the longitudinal, horizontal, and vertical lead screws and guide rails, minimizing wear and ensuring efficient operation.
Simultaneously, the cooling system allows adjustment of the coolant flow through the nozzle to meet various processing needs.
7. The machine tool operating system is ergonomically suspended on the upper right side via a support arm, making it easy to operate.
The operation panel features intuitive figurative symbols for simple and straightforward use.
8. The turret milling machine spindle options include R8, NT30, and NT40.
9. The machine is equipped with an enhanced electrical box and controller, featuring 110V and 220V output sockets.
