The PST Standard Pipeline Centrifugal Pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) is a new-generation product designed in accordance with the performance parameters specified in the enterprise standards and combined with the many years of production experience of our company. The pump features a compact structure, small size, beautiful appearance, small installation footprint, stable operation, long service life, high efficiency, low power consumption, and convenient installation. It can also be used in series or parallel according to the requirements of head and flow rate. This electric pump consists of three parts: an electric motor, a mechanical seal, and a water pump. The motor is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor. A mechanical seal is adopted between the water pump and the electric motor. The rotor shaft of the electric pump is made of high-quality carbon steel material and has undergone anti-corrosion treatment to ensure more reliable mechanical strength of the shaft, which can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft. Meanwhile, it is also convenient for the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller. "O"-shaped rubber sealing rings are used for static sealing at each fixed spigot sealing position of the pump.
Scope of use
1. It is applicable to urban environmental protection, greenhouse sprinkler irrigation, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, dye printing and dyeing, brewing, electric power, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, equipment cooling, etc.
2. It can be used in conjunction with filter presses of any model and specification, and is the most ideal matching pump type for sending slurry to the filter press for filtration.
