This machine is arc line lower roller adjustable 3-roller plate rolling machine, which is suitable for metal plate rolling and forming equipment. It can be feeding plate material once and no need end changing but finishing two ends prebending and rolling and forming that can rolling all kinds of round and arc shape work-piece with all different sizes, and can suitable for round straightening for formed work-piece and roll cone-shape work-piece within certain conical angle. This machine is an ideal bending and forming equipment for petroleum, chemical, boiler, shipping building, machine vehicle, metal structure and machinery manufacture industry.
1. All three rollers are powered, it can finish prebending and rolling of the steel plate at one time and won't slip when rolling the thin plate.
2. The material of upper and lower rollers is 45# high quality carbon steel, with good abrasion resistance, suitable for heavy load work with long service life.
3. The lower roller does arc elevating movement, then the center distance is constantly changing, which is good for roll forming of the cylinder, especially for conical shell.
4. The electric control system adopts the PLC programmable logic controller of Japanese Mitsubishi Company.
5. It adopts microcomputer control with touch screen display, process parameters can be stored, the operation is simple with high efficiency.
6. The machine features compact structure and beautiful appearance, suitable for thin plate rolling.
