Application and Working Principle
Adopting ROTEX Gyratory screener technology, PXZS Gyratory Vibrating Screen is widely used in abrasive, food, salt,sugar, chemical, pharmaceutical, mining, metallurgy, recycling industries, etc.

PXZS Gyratory Vibrating Screen is a high efficiency machine for separating materials according to particle size, consisting of top cover, screen frame, screen box, base and driving system. The installation is cable-suspension.

Utilizing a gyratory-reciprocating motion, gyratory screener gives a combination of actions to the materials as it passes along the screen surface. It begins with a horizontal circular motion at the feed end, gradually changes to elliptical motion at the center, and finally to a straight-line motion at the discharge end, keeping the material in constant contact with the screen surface.

Performance and Features

1).All components are easily accessible and removable for ease of disassembly and cleaning.
2).No vertical vibration, longer life span of mesh (6 - 12 months).
3).Each layer is installed an anti-blocking and cleaning facility and able to clean mesh while sieving.
4).Exterior is designed for easy cleaning. Exterior permanent joints are either welded continuously, or strip welded and filled with epoxy.
5).Lower headroom permits operation in confined areas, reducing cost of building and maintenance.
6).Conveying equipment is less required for elevating material to the feed point.
