It releases toxic hydrogen sulfide gas upon contact with acids or water. Precautions: Use protective gloves, clothing, and eye protection. Ensure proper ventilation when handling the compound. Avoid inhaling dust or vapors. First Aid Measures: Inhalation: Move the person to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, provide artificial respiration and seek medical attention. Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing and rinse the skin with plenty of water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists. Eye Contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth and seek immediate medical attention. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from incompatible materials such as acids. Keep container tightly closed and in a well-ventilated area.
