This ice grape press machine is a special machine for making ice wine.
This machine is produced with technology imported from Italy. The hydraulic system is full
auto-controlling. There is a juice receiving pallet equipped with wheels under the box column .The hydraulic is adjusted by hand and it is east to operate.
The box column is make up by two semi-circles .It has two frame type: one is batten frame and the other is stainless steel plate punching frame. Batten frame is the traditional and ancient process of making wine in Europe. With it, the brand popularity will be improved. Stainless steel plate punching frame is elegant appearance and its grade is high.

Working principle for the grape press machine
This ice grape presser consists of rack, hydraulic system, mobile pressing blade, mobile juice receiving plate and bi-parting box column.
The juice receiving plate is settled on the carframe with wheels and the box column is over the juice receiving plate. After putting into grapes ,the trolley is placed under the mobile pressing plate of rack. Then the juice are squeezed out under the function of mobile pressing plate .To improve the juice rate of the skin ,there are guide plates between grapes. Grape juice flow out from juice getting out pipe after received by juice receiving plate.
