Usage:
Single-Dual-Triple effect falling film concentration unit, suitable to concentrating processing of biochemistry, pharmacy, milk, beverage, condiments, food additives etc.
Equipment composition:
Heater, separator, condenser, preheater, vacuum system, hot-press pump, electrical meter, control cabinet etc. Material 304 or 316L will be fix according to the materials requirement

Liquid-liquid falling film evaporator to recovery ethanol
After the process of plant oil extraction, the extract will do the process of filtration, and then concentration to recovery ethanol by three effect falling film evaporator.

Three effect falling film evaporator feature
1. Materials stays in heating tube for a very short time, this
equipment is especially suitable for concentration of heat-sensitive
materials. It can be continuously feeding and continuously discharge.
2. Evaporating temperature is much low, according to customers
requirement to chose which value of effect and evaporating
temperature.
3. Unique top spray drench cloth film facility of evaporator which has
film well-distributed

The equipment is composed of a heater, a separator, a condenser, a pre-heater, vacuum system, heat pressure pump, control carbinet. Equipped with quick-open manhole for easy cleaning and feeding.	Steam into the concentration tank jacket, heating the material liquid to be boiling, ethonal(solvent) in the material vaporized, so as to reach the vapor liquid separation, steam out of evaporation chamber through a condenser, a cooler to be ethonal liquid.

We have 23 welding mechanic with rich experience; Adopts to use auto plasma argon arc welding and manual bozzle welding, the work processing standard ccording to NB/T47-15-2011.	Equipment surface treatment: Inside surface is mirror polish Ra≤0.45um, outside surface yogon treatment Ra≤0.8um

Factory lab Zhejiang Shuangzi has his own lab, we can supply small scale and middle scale test for our customers before design the production line, and we can get the key technical data during the testing, to make sure the high quality of the technical process and design level.

Packing&Shipping
We adopt 2 kinds of packing method, one method is soft felt, another method is plywood box
