Brief Introduction of Equipment
"YGSZ" crawler-type dual-power material handling machine is a kind of material grabbing equipment. Its main function is to grab various materials such as scrap metal, scrap steel, finished goods, finished goods, industrial buildings, gravel, garbage, etc. Pick-up, loading and unloading operations, a wide range of suction industry recycling plants, smelting steel plants, inspections, wharfs, steel processing centers, etc.
1. Power system:
(1) It should be an electronic injection, in-line four-stroke water-cooled, high-power diesel engine with reliable performance; fully consider the continuous operation of the steel plant. Provide ample power output for the material conveyor.
(2) The working environment manufacturing of large-scale handling machines, the secondary transmission of the material conveying system;
(3) In response to the current domestic environmental protection pressure, the exhaust emission we adopted meets the Euro III standard; it is far lower than the domestic environmental protection requirements.
(4) The monitoring instrument has functions such as fuel oil level, engine, engine water temperature alarm, engine gasoline pressure, gasoline engine oil, gasoline engine oil pollution alarm, empty oil alarm, running time accumulation, battery and engine status work instructions. Provide improved working parameters for the operator of the material handling machine to ensure the realized functions.
2. Hydraulic system: adopt the current international Kawasaki hydraulic system.
(1) The hydraulic system adopts a dual-pump dual-circuit controller system, which can work in combination, has good stability and performance, and is safe to monitor points in the hydraulic pipeline to facilitate checking the pressure of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic pump adopts high-performance plunger variables. The pump can automatically adjust the output according to the flow of the terrain, the multi-way valve is neutral, the one-way valve, the overflow valve and the hydraulic lock, to ensure the safe, stable and reliable operation of the equipment;
(2) The hydraulic system adopts hydraulic control;
(3) It has the function of forced heat dissipation to ensure the continuous working of the hydraulic system;
(4) Explosion-proof is installed at the bottom of the boom cylinder to prevent accidents caused by the scrap steel flying off the hydraulic hose;
(5) The hydraulic oil pipe is equipped with a steel wire sheath to ensure the safety of the equipment;
(6) A 10um filter screen is installed in the oil return pipeline to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil.
3. Cab:
(1) The cab equipped with our company's growth is designed according to the principle of artificial mechanics. It is fine, fully enclosed, with good rigidity, and the effect of foreign dust;
(2) Cooling and heating air-conditioning are installed inside;
(3) With 6-direction adjustment function, it is more comfortable;
(4) The front of the cab is equipped with a protective net to ensure personal safety;
(5) There is a ventilation device on the top of the cab to ensure fresh indoor air;
(6) The cab has a lifting function, which can meet the problem of the operator's line of sight.
4. Activity organization:
(1) The steering structure of guide wheels, supporting wheels, and supporting wheels does not require frequent maintenance;
(2) Hydraulic spring type crawler tensioning device to prevent the equipment from jumping and falling off on the crawler shoe;
(3) The track shoe is rolled with high alloy steel, which has good grounding performance, stability, and long service life;
(4). Imported two-speed built-in sightseeing machine is adopted to meet the requirements of different moving speeds, and the brake adopts normally closed prediction.
5. Swivel: The swivel angle of getting on the car is 360 degrees without limit.
6. Lubrication system:
It adopts automatic concentration and driving control during driving, which is convenient for maintenance and maintenance. Ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
7. Load limiter:
In order to prevent the equipment from overloading and ensure the safety of the operation, an overload limiter is added at the bottom of the surrounding counterweight.
8. Grab:
The grab is made of high-strength and wear-resistant steel, has its own bite force, and can quickly perform individual grabbing actions.
9. Material:
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment, the upper platform of the lower frame is made of Q345 steel, the working device is made of Q690 steel, and the grab bucket tooth part is made of NM650 plate.
