1. Structure of steel cord conveyor belt:
Rubber cover: upper rubber cover+lower rubber cover
The function of the rubber cover is to protect the tire body from wear, impact, water, and other harmful effects.
Steel wire rope: a steel wire rope arranged in a certain way, which becomes the main tension holder of the belt
Core rubber: a special rubber layer with good adhesion performance to steel wire ropes
Tear proof or transverse reinforcement: one or two reinforced steel circuit breakers (not required for normal use)
2. Advantages of steel cord conveyor belt:
High adhesion between rubber and steel wire rope: using galvanized open steel wire rope and special core rubber, with high tensile strength;
Resistant to impact, with a longer service life, good flexibility and good grooving ability, suitable for places with high strength, long distance, and low tensile requirements.
4. Steel wire rope conveyor belts are used for transporting crushed stones, aggregates, soil and sand, limestone, ores, etc.
