Glass enamel paint for glass surface
1.Complete set of colored glass pigment and enamels.
2.Firing temperature between 520 and 850 degree C.
3.Enamels can be good sifted on projects,after firing up to fixed temperature.
4.Mix enamels with Liquid Medium can get the color paste.
5.Screen printing.

Average particle size: D90≤6.5μm
Expansion coefficient: 75-95×10﹣7/℃ (50-300℃)
Sintering condition: 620-720℃/2-15min (temperatures vary according to product numbers)
Sintering atmosphere: Neutral or weak oxidizing atmosphere
Acid resistance: There is no obvious corrosion on the surface if the product is immersed in 3.5% hydrochloric acid solution for 10~15min at the room temperature
Alkali resistance: There is no obvious corrosion on the surface if the product is immersed in 10% sodium hydroxide solution for 10~15min at the room temperature
Hiding power: Related to the printing thickness, complete hiding is available
Screen printing condition: 150-300 mesh
Material-oil ratio: Powder:varnish = 1:0.25~0.3
Packaging: 25kg/bag or 25kg/drum
