Product Description

Container Spreader
Container spreader is attached to crane by hook, the twist lock is controlled by lifting wire rope. There is no need for crane operator to articulated/decoupling. Easy installation and save more transformation time from the hook to container. It can work without electric and no need to update crane control circuit.
Applied to ISO container: 20ft, 30ft, 40ft, 45ft, 53ft.
Capacity: from 10t to 45t.
Ambient temperature: -20ºC ~ +45ºC
Twistlock: IOS floating twist-lock, driven by automatic spring.
Flippers Device: Unpowered fixed flippers.

The welding meet the international standards, and no damage detection reports are required. On the testing the actual lifting capacity is 1.25 times than the rated lifting capacity and will issued exactly testing report according to the technical agreements.
